ACH Specialist

 The primary function of this job is to analyze and reconcile detailed Automated Clearing House (ACH) files.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes incoming and outgoing ACH files in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoots and researches all issues related to ACH processing
  • Processes ACH Debit Filter, Positive Pay, ACH exception and return items
  • Researches and responds to ACH transaction disputes
  • Responds to telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging inquiries
  • Resolves customer issues effectively
  • Assists in audits and examinations
  • Serves as backup to the Implementation Specialist, which requires an advanced knowledge of Cash Management products
  • Serves as backup to the ACH Compliance Specialist by assisting with periodic ACH Originator reviews

Branch Service Representative/Floater

We currently have openings for Branch Service Representative/Floater. The primary function of this job is to provide outstanding service to members by performing routine teller transactions, promoting and explaining Credit Union services and products to new and existing members and responding to member inquiries. Previous financial institution experience is preferred; cash handling experience is required.  Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to branches either in Dade or Broward County.

The starting salary for this position is $17.00/hour plus incentives, with starting rate based upon experience. We also offer medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and an annual bonus program!

Compliance Officer - Margate

The primary function of this job is to provide outstanding service to staff and members by developing, managing and enhancing the Credit Union’s regulatory compliance program as well as ensuring that all Credit Union activities comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, NCUA rules and regulations, related financial industry laws, and WFF policies and procedures. This position also serves as liaison for governmental affairs of WFF. Utilization of job-relevant technical and service skills will enable the incumbent to identify and facilitate the changes required for continued success. All technical positions require the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, manage projects with conflicting deadlines, promote a sales environment, and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values the spirit of teamwork.

 

Digital Marketing Specialist – Margate

The primary function of this job is to support the day-to-day digital activities that lead to the success of the Marketing Department. This position is responsible for ensuring individual and departmental goals are met by fully using job-relevant skills, maintaining/updating and seeking to enhance those skills. All positions require the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, the willingness to work within a sales environment, and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values the spirit of teamwork. The individual should be able to maintain the marketing automation platform and administer the marketing campaigns. This individual will automate, create, and test workflows, facilitate lead nurturing and generate actionable insights. Setup our digital campaigns (goals, audience targeting, media strategy, tracking, etc.) as well as provide optimizations as the campaigns run. You’ll also serve as our subject matter expert for a broad range of digital marketing tools and platforms The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of integrated marketing technologies and a “think outside the box” creative attitude with careful attention to testing and analytics.

Essential Functions:

- Drive incremental product growth through digital marketing channels

- Develop digital marketing tactics that supports the Credit Union’s strategies and meets the Credit Union’s goals and oversee all aspects of its implementation.

- Develop and implement electronic| digital marketing campaigns, including outbound e-mail and web-based.

- Manage and optimize cross-channel search and acquisition campaigns

- Creative digital marketing strategy

- Provide specialized marketing analytics of a non-routine, non-repetitive nature for the Marketing Department.

- Facilitate fulfillment of marketing initiatives including analytics, tracking, monitoring, and metrics reporting.

- Manage the content and operation of the We Florida Financial website to incorporate new features and functionality.

- Develop, expand and manage current site designs and lead appropriate redesigns when needed.

- Optimize the We Florida Financial website to drive traffic through paid and natural search.

- Develop and implement relationships with third parties, including social networks, to generate traffic to We Florida Financial.

- Analyze performance and ROI for all online and electronic marketing channels and reports results monthly to senior management.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Extract marketing metrics from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, agency dashboards, sales reports, and other third-party tools), develop reports, provide analysis, insights and create benchmarks for measuring program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

· Monitor websites daily for problems (load speed, broken links, ADA compliance, site maps, canonicalization, site structure, site upgrade quality checks, etc.) and user experience upgrades (UX) and fix directly or manage the correction of issues with agencies / developers.

· Review, maintain, and troubleshoot website’s dashboards to ensure data integrity and provide weekly metrics for marketing team.

· Develop SEO empowered content for websites.

· Stay on the cutting edge of SEO, PPC, UX, content marketing, cookies, Google updates, social media, advertising strategies and tactics. Provide recommendations for implementation to our websites.

· Experience running test markets and A/B testing for digital advertising and SEO strategies.

· Assist in managing key digital marketing vendor partners.

· Work very closely with the Brand Team and other marketing Team Members.

· Maintain open lines of communication with all internal departments.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, or marketing or related field.

· Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Sheets (Google Analytics and AdWords certified helpful)

· Familiar with CMS programs and HTML /CSS code.

· 2-3 years of relevant experience.

· Detail oriented with excellent written and oral skills.

· Excellent Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Teams, Adobe suite, video software capabilities

Indirect Loan Manager - Margate 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, supports, and develops Indirect Lending department, staff and vendor.
  • Interviews, hires, and trains new employees for the department as needed.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Review underwriter(s) and processors performance, time in queue, turnaround time and dealer relationships.
  • As a result of higher lending authority, execute higher risk and more complex underwriting decisions.
  • Explains loan products/services to members and employees as requested
  • Remain current on legal and regulatory issues which may affect the Indirect Loan Department
  • Work as an escalation point to junior lenders for questions, concerns, and second reviews.

Knowledge required:

  • Ability to analyze loan applications and supporting documentation for underwriting decision.
  • Review application and pipeline requests for accuracy while adhering to service timelines and standards.
  • Assist with promotional and sales initiatives for portfolio growth.
  • Assist membership with resolutions to inquiries, loan exceptions or disputes.
  • Assist management with reporting and tracking of portfolio, as required.
  • Assist management with project implementation, as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in credit union or financial institution indirect lending environment, prefer management or a lead role.
  • Knowledge of indirect loan programs, procedures and dealer relations.
  • Experience and training in underwriting practices including income and credit analysis.
  • Ability to decipher and interpret financial statements, tax returns and credit documentation.
  • Must demonstrate time management skills, highly detailed and organized.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess efficiencies in Excel, Word and lending system processes.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to lending and Fair Credit practices.

Indirect Loan Processor – Margate

The primary function of this job is to provide outstanding service to members by assisting in indirect loan document preparation and loan processing by fully using job-relevant technical skills, maintaining/updating technical skills and seeking to enhance service skills. This position is the first level of a two-level job progression track and requires the employee to be familiar with the Credit Union’s indirect lending programs and operations. Requires the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, the willingness to work within a sales environment, and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values the spirit of teamwork.

Essential Functions

- Processes indirect loan applications according to portfolio guidelines as appropriate

- Update applications in the computer database

- Review/interpret transmittal instructions from Underwriter for closing viable indirect loans

- Prepare/monitor closing documentation, disclosures, and disbursement of indirect loans

- Prepare packet for closing by calculating the necessary interest and fees

- Coordinate the closing date with applicant and insures loan is in compliance

- Provide information to members and employees regarding rates, terms, conditions and criteria

- Provide preliminary prequalifying information to members as needed

Other Functions

- Solve closing related problems

- Perform final audit/verify that documentation complies with rules and regulations

- Assure that all disclosures are in compliance/sent within approved guidelines

- Assist with servicing of indirect loans

Member Service Representative – Margate

 The primary function of this job is to provide outstanding service to existing members via phone or by providing support to staff who are promoting and selling or modifying Credit Union services and products to new or existing members by fully using job-relevant technical skills, maintaining/updating technical skills and seeking to enhance service skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Process requests for changes to existing accounts and loans using established procedures
  • Process member account inquiries and assist members with problem resolutions
  • Cross-sell additional products/services when appropriate and close sales
  • Responsible for producing sales referrals for new accounts and loans as assigned
  • Exhibit advanced profiling techniques
  • Process and post monetary transactions
  • Explain Credit Union products/services to members

SVP / Chief Lending Officer – Margate 

We Florida Financial, an innovative and growing Credit Union, has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer!  If you are a leader passionate about providing new and exciting lending solutions, We Florida Financial has the opportunity for you!

With assets of $650 million, located in Margate, Florida, the incoming Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, will provide outstanding service through leadership, direction, and administration of the Credit Union's lending operations utilizing the latest fintech options within the financial services industry.

Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer and a vital member of the senior leadership team, this individual will oversee the daily loan operations to include consumer, mortgage, business lending, processing, servicing, collections, and enhance their indirect lending portfolio. 

The new leader will bring a renewed approach to the loan portfolio's strategic direction, increasing business opportunities and instilling a collaborative communication style across other divisions within the Credit Union.   

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable.  A CCUE, CPA, or CMA designation is desirable.  Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential in this role.

 

Teller Supervisor – Margate

 Essential Functions:

  • Directly supervising Branch Service Representatives and Senior Branch Service Representatives to provide efficient and accurate paying and receiving services
  • Performing a variety of duties such as processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions as indicated in the We Florida Financial Transaction Directory.
  • Greeting and serving members in the lobby and drive-thru (as appropriate)
  • Participating with the Branch Manager in establishing specific goals; ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports.
  • You will be expected to provide excellent member service while maintaining an awareness of new business opportunities with members and actively referring members to appropriate internal team members if necessary.
  • Responsible for Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Credit Union procedures
  • Responsible for timely completion of Branch audits (Including safe deposit where applicable)
